Hi everyone! I'm not getting married until September of 2016 but I made an impulse decision to purchase this dress back in December. I'm finding that the initial thrill has worn off and it's not really THE dress for me. It's amazing and beautiful, but I was initially looking for a vintage inspired dress and this is extremely modern.
The dress is a Demetrios size 10. I generally wear between a size 6 and 8 with a bust of 36" and a waist of 29". The dress fits in the waist but was large in the bust. Check out the measurements from the Demetrios website for reference, as I believe they're accurate. It was a sample dress and is unworn and unaltered. There are no rips or tears, but the zipper pull is broken and will need to be replaced. The zipper, however, still works. It would be perfect for someone wanting to add a lace up back or buttons.
I'm hoping to sell this dress so I can buy another that I like better, but if I cannot sell it by the time of my wedding I'll likely keep and wear it. Therefore, I'm hesitant to post pictures of me modeling the dress here. I'd be more than happy to email them to you though! While the dress looks fabulous on everyone, I'd recommend trying it on at Demetrios or one of their retailers to see how you feel in the dress before purchase!
