Jenny Yoo Vivienne Cocktail unclassified dresses

We had a rustic wedding on a beautiful private estate property, with ceremony by the Hudson river and the reception in a 19th century barn. I knew I wanted a simple, elegant dress but also vintage style and something that would fit our rustic setting. When I saw this dress, Vivienne, at the Jenny Yoo boutique, I absolutely fell in love with it! And the price was so good. The top is sheer and the material is Luxe Chiffon - it flows so wonderfully from the waist down in a gorgeous A-line silhouette. The train falls just right behind, not too long, and not non-existent. The dress has a sweetheart neckline behind the sheer top and there is a small band around the waist that can be embellished with a sash. I went without one because I really love the simple, elegant look. I also love the back of the dress (see picture!) with the buttons going down. It really is a wonderful dress.
