I was a very picky bride.
I went to 5 boutiques in LA/Orange County to find "the one" dress. I wanted something different, so I was looking for a "blush" dresses and something lacey. I tried on a few blushes, they were pretty but didn't feel bridal. The blush dresses felt like prom. The first time I saw this dress, I overlooked it. It didn't look too special, but I kept going back to it after the others. When I finally tried it on, it just clicked! It was prefect, the dress is "light gold" but I think it's the same color as champagne. The beaded belt is gorgeous, and compliments the dress perfectly; I didn't have to worry about trying to find complimentary accessories to match the dress. It was also my favorite dress from the Mori Lee, Fall 2014 collection. I love how this dress made me feel! I'm not too curvy, but it gave me curves and the corset made my waist skinny-mini. It was a great feeling and a steal at $970 (with taxes). I was hesitant to buy the size 16 because I'm usually a 10/12 women's and I wear a 9 juniors jeans. Wedding dresses run small, the size 16 felt like a street size 10/12 with alterations.
