Other Custom Ruffled unclassified dresses

I bought this custom made dress online simply because I loved the dress. I got it in and it's just not the style for me but I can't return it. It's a beautiful dress but just not THE dress for me! It's never been worn at all. I put a size 4 in sizing but the dress is custom sized... If it helps I'm 5'7" roughly 128lbs with an athletic build and DDD bra size and the dress is too big for me by at least a couple inches in the waist and chest.
