Watters Inspired by watters penelope Tiered unclassified dresses

This is NOT the original Watters dress, it was custom made, inspired by the original dress. I got this dress because I couldn't make up my mind and couldn't get over how beautiful this one was despite knowing I wanted an all-white dress. I ended up wearing a different dress together. This dress has a light pink slip, a color which the original Watters dress does not offer. This dress was unworn and is NEW. $200 or OBO
